Luigi was only one year at that stage.
He was the best dressed dog !

Today poor Luigi has to be locked up in a cage
(going to be for six weeks!!!!!!)
because he has broken his one front leg last Sunday while out
chasing the ducks at the duck pond!
He was in hospital since Sunday afternoon till Wednesday.
His leg is broken at two places and they had to put in a plate to keep it straight.
He has also nearly torn off his dew -claw on his other front leg.
The vet has also taken off both dew -claws.
Thursday Luigi went to work with my son’s partner.
Early Friday morning
Mum, could you PLEASE look after Luigi today?
Little buddy stayed with me for the day.
He is such a sweet, good boy.
While Luigi had to be quiet in his cage
Molly and Trompie enjoyed themselves .
Last week I had the opportunity to look after
Luigi and Molly Two Yorkies.
And don’t forget mr Trompie!
They enjoyed each others company till the last minute.
Here are the game players!
He doesn’t want me to photograph him!
So I took a photo of him next to me
And then there is Trompie
Molly and Luigi sniffing each others noses
Trompie having a look asking
What’s up with you guys?
Then the big play session!
I am behind schedule!

This weeks Tuesday Photo Challenge for A – Z Archive is the letter Y
My letter Y stands for Yorkshire Terrier
This is Luigi.
He is the most adorable dog.
Very clever and knows exactly what to say when he wants something!
There is also his friend Molly.
(Not that Luigi likes her that much, she is way too obtrusive.)
The Yorkshire Terrier is a small dog breed of terrier type, developed in the 19th century in the county of Yorkshire, England to catch rats in clothing mills. The defining features of the breed are its size, 3 pounds (1.4 kg) to 7 pounds (3.2 kg), and its silky blue and tan coat. The breed is nicknamed Yorkie and is placed in the Toy Terrier section of the Terrier Group by the Fédération Cynologique Internationale and in the Toy Group or Companion Group by other kennel clubs, although all agree that the breed is a terrier. A popularcompanion dog, the Yorkshire Terrier has also been part of the development of other breeds, such as the Australian Silky Terrier.
