Is the wattle out still, or has it finished? i do love the smell … so tied up with all the other astringent smells of the bush, even if it gives me hay fever!
Nearly finished now. It also gives me a lot of sinus problems.
Some of our wattles are still out. I am lucky that they don’t effect me at all. I love the colours of the intense yellow against a blue sky.
I promise myself every year that I will grow daffodils (and then forget!). I grew them when I was young and loved the perfect blooms and amazing little frilly bits 🙂
In SA it was too hot for daffodils (That was in the north and too hot) I am so glad I can grow them here, even the tulips I have planted gave me some beautiful flowers. It is different from what I am used to, I do enjoy it a lot
These are beautiful shots. I especially like the 3rd and 4th close-ups. 🙂
Thanks, They were so clean and beautiful I had to take them
Those warm my soul. thanks!

I love all of these – I was wishing I could get a daffodil shot for this weeks challenge!
Daffodils are so bright and yellow during cold winter time
Love the daffodil shot. Vivid yellow! 🙂
Thank you they are my favorite flowers!
Awww Daffies! I have missed them. They didn’t last long this Spring.
We had many everywhere in the gardens here
Nice softfocus on the last shot, almost an orton effect.
Thank you! 🙂
I loved the 3d shot, beautiful. It could’v more closer 🙂
I only have a “small” camera and when I zoom in too much it does not work that well!I’ll try it anyway!
