This is just the latest information.
I was in the library with our group of It’s write easy ladies.
We had to duck under the tables because we were sitting near the windows and the shake was very severe.
My son sent me a text to ask if I was okay. I felt really scared at that moment. The after shakes are only small waves.
This is a good stress relieve

AIN’T HE SWEET?
The last two weeks was very up side down here in Wellington and surrounding areas
There was this wind and rain. Now heavy then a bit less. The weather played havoc in and around Wellington.
Last night the sky was clear and a full moon shining.
The water outside on the grass was already frozen 9:30 pm when I let Trompie out.
This morning it was really cold and icy outside!
Today May 14, 2013 was a very exhausting day. I had to judge card making and scrap-book pages for the Women’s Institute .
My friend, who is a scrap-book consultant and tutor asked me to help her judge some of the entries. As far as I knew I only was supposed to judge the cards. Arriving at the venue I was in for a surprise. My friend had arranged (without telling me) that I would also judge the single scrap-book pages. After a bit of an argument with her I did the judging the best I could do.
There were 42 single pages. Each one had its own good points and some also were not really up to standard.

The runner-up was also beautiful
There were only 10 cards , all were of a high standard.
Some interesting sights from the window on the 12th floor were we did the judging.

Is a sculpture of a doggy with a bone.
It looks so real!
Love the way of big dogs and dreams.
Big dogs don’t cry. I’m not ashamed to admit little ones do. It’s no secret that I wear my heart on my proverbial sleeve. But there was a time I wasn’t so open to expressing my emotions. My time on the streets and in the humane society had hardened my perspective on the world. Fortunately the world has a way of changing our perspective on things.
“The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way,” English poet William Blake suggested. “Some see nature all ridicule and deformity… and some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself.”
My eyes were opened on a hot August day almost three years ago when I met my adoptive parents for the first time. Just as perspective changes things for the bad…
