Committed suicide by

shooting himself through his temple.

Hospitalized : 3 pm Evander Hospital

By ambulance to Johannesburg hospital

Where he was on life support till

11 pm 18 August 1993.

I had to decide to stop the support

and donated his kidneys and heart valves for transplantation.
