I love the flowers they have planted on the pavement Scrapy.
The Council really does their best decorating the beds next to the pavements. These ones are not flowers they are those colored”cabbages”.
They plant those here as well. I remember the first time I saw them – I thought they were weird.
Yes same here. I also thought what are they going to do with it when it is fully grown- sell it? Ha ha
