This morning I came across this one. It was hiding since the weekend. Only the top was out. This morning it was fully exposed. My son told me a while ago that this is the flowery part that opens up in a mushroom. The spores are underneath the round top that opens and curls around to inside of mushroom top.
I only have a small piece of garden. I still enjoying it to see wild things growing in here.
